How do I pay for WTA services and products?

For mentorships and accountability programmes, you will need to email admin@writetogetheracademy.com to enquire about availability, and you will then be sent an invoice (which you can pay via Paypal, including credit/debit cards, or BACS/bank transfer). WTA merchandise can be bought from Redbubble. You can buy gift vouchers, ebook guides, and other products directly from the shop using a debit or credit card or via PayPal.

How do the courses and internships work?

Please note: our courses are coming soon. All courses and internships consist of pre-recorded video lessons and worksheets, though in the future WTA may introduce live lessons and mastermind courses in real time. When you sign up to a course you will gain access to all the course modules including the video lessons, resources, and worksheets through Teachable. You will have lifelong access to the course content, and as they're self-guided courses, you can take your time and complete the modules at your own pace. 

How do the mentorships work?

All mentorships and accountability packages include 1:1 sessions with Jessica Grace Coleman. These can be conducted via Skype or FaceTime if you prefer video calls, or via the phone (or WhatsApp call) if you prefer audio only. If you'd rather not use video or phone calls we can work via email, messaging, or by leaving audio messages on WhatsApp. Here at the WTA, we understand that people prefer working in different ways, so we're extremely flexible with how we offer our programmes. Mentorships and accountability packages depend on Jessica's availability, so please email admin@writetogetheracademy.com to see if she has any vacancies. You will then be emailed a contract (to be signed digitally), a pre-mentorship/accountability form, and an invoice. If Jessica has no availability, we can put you on a waiting list and contact you as soon as a spot opens up.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds for courses are done through Teachable and can be made within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with the course content. We can refund gift vouchers in full within 30 days of purchase. For refunds regarding WTA merchandise, please refer to the Redbubble website. In terms of accountability programmes and monthly mentoring packages, you can cancel at any time, but if work has already been started for the month, you must pay for that month. Once mentoring has started, no refunds will be made.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

If you've received a gift voucher, you can redeem it by emailing the voucher (as an attachment) to admin@writetogetheracademy.comIf it is a 'money off' voucher, please include which course or mentorship you would like to use the voucher for. Money off vouchers can be redeemed against any online course, internship, mentorship, or accountability programme. A member of the team will then get back to you as soon as possible. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 24 months.


Gift vouchers can be refunded if you request the refund within 30 days of purchase. Again, please just email admin@writetogetheracademy.com if you need a refund.

How can I find out about new WTA courses and books?

Jessica Grace Coleman is constantly working on new content for the Write Together Academy – whether it be articles or ebooks, or new courses and internships – and you can stay up to date with all of it by signing up to our mailing list. By signing up, you'll also receive a free PDF guide and exclusive offers and discounts.

Do you use UK or US English?

The Write Together Academy is based in England so, as a rule, we use UK English/spelling. If we're working with American clients (or clients from other countries who don't use UK spellings) then we make sure we use US English, though this only really comes up for the writing help services or during the editing parts of the courses or internships. Just let us know which you prefer!

What is Coleman Editing?

Coleman Editing is the Write Together Academy's sister site. Founded by Jessica Grace Coleman in 2014, it provides proofreading, editing, and ghostwriting services for writers. Some of these services are included in several WTA mentorships and internships.

Who is Jessica Grace Coleman?

Jessica Grace Coleman is a British author, editor, and introvertpreneur living in Staffordshire, England. Having been a freelance copywriter in the past, she started Coleman Editing in 2014, helping writers get their books edited and ready for publication. Wanting to help more writers in a variety of different ways, she started The Write Together Academy in 2020.
